1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BookMyVilla ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the BookMyVilla website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Booking Policies

  • Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the property owner/manager.
  • Payment: Full payment or a specified deposit is required to confirm a booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
  • Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by property. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your chosen villa before booking. Generaly, cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in may be eligible for a refund, minus processing fees.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Site and Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
  • Maintain the security of your account and password.
  • Respect the property and neighbors during your stay. Excessive noise or damage to the property may result in penalties or eviction without refund.
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations.

4. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMyVilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site;
  • Any content obtained from the Site; and
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
